About Us

Alban is the founder of NGO “Me Dhe Për Kosovën” and its daughter organizations. Alban earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with concentration in General Management at Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), Chicago Illinois. Alban earned a Bachelor degree on Management and Economics & Statistics and a minor on Public Policy, at  Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Together with Beyzanur Dogan, Alban established the first online Mathematical platform in the Albanian language. Alban is the Chief Executive Officer and Program Manager at NGO Me Dhe Për Kosovën and its daughter organizations.

Beyza earned a Master degree on International Business at University of the Incarnate Word (UIW) in Texas, United States, while holding a Bachelor degree on Science in Statistics at Ege University, Izmir, Turkey. In Chicago, together with Alban A. Zeka, she co-founded Easy Learning Institution Inc., which is the world’s first e-learning mathematical platform of its kind that helps students around the world to improve their skills on Math related topics. She is an active board member of NGO Me Dhe Për Kosovën and its daughter organizations, while providing her expertise as Portfolio Manager.

Arbër earned Master of Marketing degree at University “Hasan Prishtina” in Prishtina, Kosovo. He earned his Bachelors in Entrepreneurship at University of Business and Technology (UBT) in Prishtina, Kosovo. Arbër also works at Radio Television of Kosovo (RTK), hosting his own very popular youth TV show named “N’ZA”. Highly informed about the issues that children, youth, and the society of Kosovo are facing; and educated in management and marketing, Arbër has become an essential member in helping our organization to effectively and efficiently address those issues. Arbër is an active board member of our group of organizations, while he provides his expertise as Project Manager.
