On October 19, 2020, the Round Table “Regulating and maintaining contractual stability, players’ rights, and the role of/road to FIFPro”. This online conference was organized at the initiative of Kosovo Football Players’ Association Kosovo, through the company “Balltrotter Sports Agency”, and was supported by the NGO “Me Dhe Për Sportin” and NGO “Me Dhe Për Kosovën.
The main outcome of this roundtable is the suggestions on the steps to be taken by the federation, clubs and the players’ association, as the main interest groups. These suggestions will be translated into concrete recommendations which could be submitted to the respective parties contributing to an effective policy-making process, which can result in an improvement of the overall football infrastructure in Kosovo, with a focus on raising awareness and well-being of the players.
