The COVID-19 pandemic has been the best indicator showing how the world is becoming more and more virtualized, and because of this virtualization the world is increasingly expanding and eliminating employment borders. Unfortunately, one of the most discussed problems in Kosovo today is the treatment of workers by their employers. The mistreatment of Kosovan employees by their employers is pushing many Kosovans to reap the benefits of this virtualization and work for foreign companies while living in Kosovo.
Therefore, to prevent such a trend, it is highly necessary for Kosovan companies to take concrete steps in changing their working culture. The NGO Me Dhe Për Ekonominë has prepared an awareness campaign for all Kosovan companies to inform them about the 12 most effective ways to take care of their employees. These 12 ways are such important elements that every company should make them an integral part of their mentality and brand.
